Cancellation Policy
How cancellation works for the digital products sold by DR Soluções Digitais LLC.
1. One-time purchases only
Our digital products are sold as one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal. This means there is no recurring charge for you to cancel, and no further amount will be debited after your purchase is completed.
2. Cancelling a purchase
Because access is released immediately after payment confirmation, a purchase cannot be "cancelled" in the sense of stopping a future charge. If you no longer wish to keep the product, the applicable route is a refund request under our Refund Policy, within 7 calendar days of the purchase.
3. Cancelling before access is released
If your payment is still being processed and access has not yet been released, contact us immediately at support@drsolucoesdigitaison.com. If the transaction has not been settled, we will attempt to cancel it before delivery. If it has already been settled, we will process it as a refund request instead.
4. Discontinuing the use of a product
You may stop using any of our products at any time. To have your account closed and your access removed, write to support@drsolucoesdigitaison.com from the email address used at checkout. Please note that closing an account after the refund window has expired does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Deleting your personal data
Requests to delete your personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy. Some records — such as order and billing information — must be retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules, even after your access has been removed.
6. Cancellation by us
We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if there is a breach of our Terms of Service — including credential sharing, redistribution of content, fraud or abuse. Where a product is discontinued for reasons attributable to us and you are left without the access you paid for, we will offer a comparable alternative or a proportional refund.
